2A, 2MHz 同步 Buck 轉換器

RT8064

RT8064 是負載能力為 2A 的電流模式同步 Buck 轉換器，具有 2.7V~5.5V 的輸入電壓範圍，內建 0.8V 精密參考電壓源，集成低 R_DS(ON) MOSFET 功率開關以獲取高轉換效率，使用了 WDFN-8L 3x3 和具有外露式散熱焊盤的 SOP-8 封裝。
輕載條件下，RT8064 自動運行於 PSM 工作模式以維持其高轉換效率，它還具有逐週期電流限制保護特性來確保其在遇到輸出端短路、過流和在電感飽和的情形下也能避免出現嚴重的損傷，有可調軟啟動功能可避免出現啟動期間的電流衝擊，還具有輸入欠壓鎖定保護、輸出欠壓保護和過熱保護功能，可在各種工作條件下確保安全和平穩地運行。
